How to Make a Life Insurance Claim

The issuer of 1300 Insurance Ezicover products is Zurich Australia. The Zurich Client Service Centre should be notified on 131 551 as soon as reasonably possible after the event giving rise to a claim. You will be sent a claim form, which will need to be completed and returned.

  • Step 1: Notify Zurich as soon as you can on 131 551 after the event.
  • Step 2: You will be sent a claim form.
  • Step 3: Complete and return the claim form to Zurich Australia.
