Make a Claim — Travel Insurance

There are two ways you can make a claim on you Travel Insurance:

Or please call 1300 Insurance (1300 467 872) and follow the prompts.

Information to have with you when you call:

1. Your policy number
2. Details of incident

Additional information to provide:

  • Nature of incident (Theft or loss of items, travel cancelation or delay, medical incidents etc)
  • Details of any police report or other emergency services that were involved

Please have a pen and paper handy, as we may provide you with some important information that you will need to take note of.

Note: if you are not the policy holder, make sure that you are listed on the policy, otherwise we may not be able to discuss the incident with you.
